I can not Verify my account / email, what can I do?

If you make a new account, you will always get a verification mail. In that mail there is a link to verify your account. Sometimes this link does not work correctly. Then you have the option to use the code which is also provided in the mail.

If you go to the screen you get when you verify your mail in the app, there is a tiny “Help” button on the top right. If you press that, you’ll have the option to enter a code. You type in the code from the mail and your mail is verified.

If anything does not work correctly, please contact support.
