When leap 4 starts, you will notice that your baby cries more, is clingier and crankier than before. This is the fussy phase of the leap. The fussy phase of leap 4 usually lasts five weeks but could also last anywhere between one to six weeks. Because this fussy phase lasts longer than the previous ones, you may be concerned about your baby’s progress which seems slower. But don’t worry. From this age on, the new skills are much more complicated to learn. Your baby simply needs more time.
