Pregnancy Week 31
Your baby is now 16.18 inches and weighs 3.31 pounds. Baby is starting their final major growth spurt before birth.
You are changing
With each week, you are getting yourself readier for the delivery. Your hormones are playing up again and doing strange things to you. You are much more sensitive, not only more emotional but your senses are also in overdrive.
You smell things you never smelled before, you hear the slightest sounds and you may even feel you are becoming a different person, your standards and values shift, and you are more affected by unpleasant things happening around you. You may even switch off the news when there is an item on child mortality in Africa as it upsets you. If you watch a sad film, tears roll down your cheeks. This is all completely normal!
